Cees Jan Faber (10th of March 1970) grew up in the family firm Faber Geluidstechniek, which was established in 1935 by his grandfather.
His father spent 40 years looking after the sound at events and, in 2004, Cees Jan took over from his father. Prior to this, he had worked as an agent in the rental of LED screens. By taking over the company he was able to combine these two disciplines.
The combination of image and sound facilities appeared successful and the company grew enormously in the next five years. Faber Audiovisuals recently took over the rental division of Mitsubishi Electric Europe in the United Kingdom, one of the most important players on the European LED-screen rental market.
This takeover has made Faber one of todays largest LED-video screen rental firms in Europe.
Cees Jan a passionate salesman, who never shies away from a challenge. Thanks to the short lines within the company, he remains closely involved in the execution of the projects.
